STORY: THE PEOPLE follows a street level vigilante hunting down a serial killer. Thomas Adams is a courtroom sketch artist by day, but come nightfall he rids Chicago’s gutter of crime. Women in the city are being hunted by a psychopath and its up to The People to stop this maniac. Our hero even has a run in with The Silhouette. (The Lost Pages)
